About
Felicity is an experienced psychologist who brings a warm, honest and authentic approach to her work. She enjoys working with adults and young adults through a mindful approach to develop a deeper sense of self-awareness, compassion and care, and supports individuals to grow their unique strengths and resilience.
Felicity’s primary areas of interest include anxiety, addiction, self-esteem, workplace issues, grief and trauma. Felicity also has an interest in perinatal mental health and works part-time for the Gidget Foundation supporting families during pregnancy and in the first year of a baby’s life. She draws on a range of treatment modalities to suit the individual including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and mindfulness techniques. Above all, she strives to create a space where clients feel safe, seen and supported.
Felicity obtained a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) and Master of Science (Brain and Mind) at the University of Sydney, and is passionate about applying concepts in neuroscience to the understanding of our thoughts, feelings and behaviours. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
