About
Nadia is a registered psychologist with experience working across Europe, Canada, and Australia. She provides individual therapy for adults (25+), drawing on a diverse background in private practice, occupational rehabilitation, EAP services, and primary care. Her broad experience allows her to bring a balanced and practical perspective to therapy.
Nadia’s work focuses on understanding how personal history and experiences shape current patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating. She collaborates with clients to recognise unhelpful cycles and develop new, more supportive ways of navigating life’s challenges to create meaningful and lasting change.
She works with a range of presentations including anxiety, depression, stress and adjustment, grief and loss, and life transitions. Nadia has a passion for helping clients build healthier, more fulfilling relationships—both personally and professionally—by supporting individuals through complex interpersonal dynamics as well as workplace stress, burnout, and leadership challenges.
She believes that therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine human connection—where warmth, authenticity, and humour can coexist with growth and healing. Nadia’s approach is flexible and evidence-based, drawing on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Schema Therapy, and psychodynamic principles.
