Danielle is a warm psychologist with a passion for supporting individuals to improve their emotional wellbeing. She qualified with the Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University, graduating with First Class Honours. She has previously worked in private practice settings providing psychological support to individuals living in regional NSW, as well as holding a position in university education.

Danielle enjoys working with people experiencing a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety and depression (including during pregnancy and the postnatal period), burnout, adjustment difficulties, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, and issues with concentration and sleep.

Danielle’s treatment approach is primarily Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), however, she also draws upon Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
